Nash County Marriage License Process
Both applicants must appear in person at the Register of Deeds office to apply for a marriage license in Nash County. Each party needs a valid government-issued photo ID. Under NCGS 51-8, both people must be present at the time of application. The license costs $60. No waiting period applies after it is issued.
